Patrolman Cathell joined the Wise Police Department in April of 2009. Prior to joining the Police Department, he was a Wise County Deputy Sheriff. He completed an internship with the Police Department while attending college. Aaron is a graduate of the University of Virginia’s College at Wise, B.A. (history) and of New England College, M.S. (criminal justice leadership). In his spare time Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, lifting weights and kayaking.
