Officer Beldon Mullins joined the Wise Police Department in March 2002. He is assigned to the partol division and is a former member of the Wise Police Explorer Post 312. He is a General Police Instructor and teachs at Southwest Virginia Law Enforcement Training Academy. He enjoys spending time with his family and daughters.
