David Summers joined the Wise Police Department on Sept. 23, 2010. He is assigned to the patrol division and will be attending Southwest Va Criminal Justice Training Academy in February 2011. He is currently engaged to be married in Oct. 2011. He enjoys all outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.
